Tongue Suelze



Coming straight out of our recipe book for over 50 years, Morscherís tongue suelze(headcheese) is always full flavored.  As you bite into our tongue suelze, you feel the tender, succulent, fully cured pork tongues and as you continue to indulge a full blast of flavor hits you.  First comes a touch of garlic and coriander but then the white and crushed red pepper take over.  Enjoy our tongue suelze in a piece(for salad complemented with a mountain of onions) or sliced for a perfect luncheon sandwich.
