Smoked Cali Ham

             

  

A smoked cali ham also called a smoked pork shoulder picnic can be prepared on stove top cooked in a pot of simmering water for 2 hours or roasted in the oven with a few whole cloves pushed in for flavor for about 3 hours at 350*. 

 Makes for a great Sunday family meal or is traditionally used to decorate a holiday table.
