Dry Krainerwurst



This ready to eat sausage is made with selected cuts of beef and pork and is mixed with an old family recipe of seasonings coming straight out of Europe.  The sausage is smoked over a slowly burning hickory fire to a beautiful dark golden brown color and is dried in our climate controlled green room for over 7 days.  Morscherís dry krainerwurst make a perfect flavor choice for that party starter.
