Black Forest Bacon

             
 

A double-smoked, fully cooked bacon deboned and trimmed on our premises. Cured for 10 days and dry rubbed with a seasoning mixture of cracked pepper, coriander, mustard and crushed red pepper.  This bacon is to be eaten cold. 

Great with fresh tomatoes, Bulgarian feta cheese and a fresh Lithuanian rye.

And donít forget a glass of wine!
